Wednesday began with refreshing 65 F weather, a jog, a workout, and a class… Sometimes I forget we’re here studying. Oops. Our Leadership and Entrepreneurship course with Dr. Paul Holley seems to be one that we will take a lot away from. We transitioned from class to individual thesis work, where I was able to knock out a considerable amount of Quantity Take-off sheets for my estimate. Fun, I know. Now, for the highlight of the trip…..

Before I unveil the secret, I hope you enjoy the 50mm photography I was able to produce, who knew a $100 prime lens would produce such amazing shots. Feeling artsy, hope you enjoy. The Victoria Street Market is already an amazing place, filled with every walk of life, smiles, fresh produce, and an atmosphere that makes Portland and other forward cities pale in comparison. As if this isn’t enough to make one’s heart content, today happened to be the annual Food Festival… I have not had a more amazing food experience in my life. Paella and chicken kebabs were the obvious choice, and I’d put money on it being the best food I’ve ever had. This experience is something that I will cherish for my entire life, there is no forgetting it. Jack and I left and ventured downtown to find a LiquorLand store, as we had a coupon for a 6 pack, but were uneventful in finding anything. We "settled" for convenience store 750 mL jugs of Cooper's Pale Ale. As journeying seems to always provide, we came across a crafty alleyway, and saw Darth Vader play the base (coming soon in the videos tab). The night ended at The Drunken Poet for a second outing, and the relaxing atmosphere was what our adventurous souls needed.
