Day 50: Photography and Hotel Palisade

With the remainder of our trip looking rainy and cloudy, the perfect time presented itself for us to adjust to the work grind that awaited us back home. I sorted and edited all photography from our New Zealand roadtrip days and caught up on the blog, after which I put an hour or so into pricing for my thesis. The realization of being behind on thesis isn't the easiest to swallow, but I seem to perform better under pressure, so bring it on. Myself and several of the guys went to Hotel Palisade, the cool hotel bar Jack and I had stumbled upon during our last visit, and I ate a brisket burger, accompanied by cold beverages. With no plans for our next day we returned and relaxed, catching up on some much needed sleep.
